Mr. PRUM Sam Oeurn, CADDP Executive Director / Founder,
he is the founder of CADDP and he join us from a diverse background in child rights training, community organizing, democracy education to rural citizens, and as the Executive Director of CADDP the most recent of which was as the first NGO with program in Dang Tong and Chhouk district on child supporting and specializing in renewable energy, child rights, climate change mitigation and adaptation and sustainable forest management. He was born with a disability in both hands and completed his Master of Management degree.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
He has more than 15 years of professional experiences in the area of Founder of CADDP, Programme / Project Management, Technical Lead, Support Service Lead, Monitoring and Evaluation across community development, 9 years in children with disabilities development. 9 years of experience working as grants management of the Abilis Foundation, GIZ, WVI-C, EFA Japan, ACT Japan and private companies, generous donation and other Development Partners as specializing in the design of project management, reporting. Passionate and committed to transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement in constructive ways to tackle poverty.
The Adviser to Cambodian Agency Development of Disability and the Poor (CADDP):
Mr. TIM Chetra, is just jointed as the Adviser of Cambodian Agency Development of Disability and the Poor (CADDP) from 01 January 2022 up to present. From 2017 to 2019, he had finished his study in Master Degree in Education Program (MEP) at Royal University of Phnom Penh and from 2005 to 2007, he also had finished his study in Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA) at IIC University of Technology, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. From 2001 to 2004, he had finished in Bachelor Degree of Business Administration (BBA) at International Institute of Cambodia, from 1988 – 1989 he was trained in the secondary school teacher (trained in psychology, pedagogy and teacher methodology) and from 1989 to 1992, he also had finished associated degree in Law at the Institute of Public Administration Europe Economic Community (EEC), Law-Code of Conduct, Economic and Human Rights.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
He has More than 25 years of professional experiences in the area of Children Education skills, Project Management, Technical Lead, Support Service Lead, Monitoring and Evaluation across 6 INGOs, development partners/donors. 9 years of experience working as M&E professional in reporting, and visualization systems. Passionate and committed to transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement in constructive ways to tackle poverty.
Working as Operation Manager, EFA Japan Project, I have been spent most of my time leading the project implementation on project staffs. He to provide leadership, management, strategic guidance, networking, integration and coordination of the Support to nine third party sub-grantees to implement in education designated locations in Cambodia. Moreover, to ensure evidence-based approach is applied for project implementation and reporting.
The Project Manager to Cambodian Agency Development of Disability and the Poor (CADDP):
Mrs. MUONG Sopheap who is appointed as the Project Manager of Cambodian Agency Development of Disability and the Poor (CADDP) from 2019 up to present. She had finished her study in Bachelor Degree in Management from 2002-2006 at the University of Management and Economic (UME). PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: She has more than 16 years of professional experiences in the area of Founder of DYCFE, Programme / Project Management, Technical Lead, Support Service Lead, Monitoring and Evaluation across community development, 12 years in children with disabilities development. 3 years of experience working as grants management of the EDM, Kindermission Werk Germany, CRS, CAFOD and private companies, generous donation and other Development Partners as specializing in the design of project management, reporting. Passionate and committed to transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement in constructive ways to tackle poverty. Miss. OU Sinh,
who is recruited and appointed as the Administrative & Finance Officer of Cambodian Agency Development of Disability and the Poor (CADDP) from 4th November 2021 up to present. She had finished her study in Bachelor Degree in accounting from 16th October 2017 to 31st October 2021 at Cambodian University for Specialties (CUS) at Kampot Province. She was born on 5th June 1999 at Kampot province, Cambodia. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: She has more than two years of professional experiences in the area of accounting system management (Excel and Quick Book) and administration affairs with local NGOs and private companies too. |
