Cambodian Agency Development of Disability and the Poor (CADDP) is the local Non-Governmental Organization, non-political and non-religion which was established by the movement of people with disabilities through general assembly which was held on 5th April 2006 with 36 people with disabilities in total, based in local areas of Dang Tong district Kampot province. CADDP was officially registered and recognized by the Ministry of Interior dated on 22nd February 2007 by the letter number 230 SChN/info. CADDP has been working very closely with all levels of local authorities and district office of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation.
CADDP is the member of Kampot Disability Action Council (DAC), the member of NEP and it is also the member of the Working Group for Partnerships in Decentralization (WGPD) and the member of Child Rights Coalition of Cambodia (CRC-Cambodia) too. Cambodian Agency Development of Disability and the Poor (CADDP) has strong motivation those people with disabilities in all process of project designation and implementation in order to get succeed of those people with disabilities goal.
We have strong experience with grant management and working with international development partners. CADDP has been working in partnership with CARE international, GIZ, private sectors since 2016 and CADDP continue to operate as strategic partner for 17 months with World Vision International, Cambodia.
Now CADDP is working as partnership with EFA Japan and ACT Japan in the project named “Improve Life Skills and Education for Children with disabilities in rural areas in Cambodia / ILSEC” that based in Dang Tong and Chhouk districts of Kampot province. CADDP is also working with partnership with United Nations Women`s Guild of Vienna (UNWG), Austria in the project named “Improve education for children with Autism and vulnerable children through New Autism class and library class (IEAL)”.
CADDP has its core value, vision, mission and aim as the following:

- CADDP will work towards sustainability. All development programs of CADDP will focus on involving from the community in order to achieve sustainability and transparency.
- CADDP will work in humility and sacrificially for the people with disabilities and vulnerable groups.
- CADDP will listen and learn from all its staffs, beneficiaries and stakeholders.
B. CADDP Vision:
Children, youths & people with disabilities and the poor experiencing better living standards, gaining access to educational & job opportunities, equal rights in society, enjoying good health and growing spiritually.
C. CADDP Mission:
CADDP is a local Cambodian NGO that will work to motivate and empower children, youths & people with disabilities and the poor by developing knowledge, democracy process, health, family agriculture, life skills and strengthening their faith and providing development programs so that they will be self-confident and self-reliant.
D. CADDP Aim:
Increase the participation of children, youth and the people with disabilities and the poor in the process in education, health, economy, environmental, rights, life skills, social work and democracy in order to improve the quality of education, health, rights respect and their standard of living.
