CADDP has its core value, vision, mission and aim as the following:

Children, youths & people with disabilities and the poor experiencing better living standards, gaining access to educational & job opportunities, equal rights in society, enjoying good health and growing spiritually.
C. Mission:
CADDP is a local Cambodian NGO that will work to motivate and empower children, youths & people with disabilities and the poor by developing knowledge, democracy process, health, family agriculture, life skills and strengthening their faith and providing development programs so that they will be self-confident and self-reliant.
D. Aim:
Increase the participation of children, youth and people with disabilities and the poor in development and democracy process in order to improve the livening conditions of them who living in Kampot and Takeo provinces, Cambodia.
