Cambodian Agency Development of Disability and the Poor (CADDP) is the local Non-Governmental
Organization, non-political and non-religion which was established by the movement of people with disabilities through general assembly which was held on 5th April 2006 with 36 people with disabilities in total, based in local areas of Dang Tong district Kampot province. CADDP was officially registered and recognized by the Ministry of Interior dated on 22nd February 2007 by the letter number 230 SChN/info. CADDP has been working very closely with all levels of local authorities and district office of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation. CADDP is working as partnership with Empowerment of All Japan and Asian Community Trust (ACT) in Improvement Life Skills and Education for Children with disabilities in rural areas in Cambodia / ILSEC and other national NGOs and generous.
